Due to these reasons and others, we maintain a strict "no refund" policy similar to what you might find with your local newspaper classifieds. Specialty Network provides marketing services for privately owned property such as vehicles and vacation real estate. Specialty Network does not collect any monies from buyers whatsoever or from sellers after the sale is complete. All payment arrangements must be made between private parties and/or their designated financial institutions. Buyers are responsible for sales tax and registration in their home state. Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated with taking possession of the property. Condolink worldwide offers a marketing package for sales by owner and also manages a Real Estate Brokerage in the state of Nebraska. Specialty Network’s posting policy Our customer service and administration department will work diligently to accurately post all information provided by the property Owner. Our Team will make any changes in a timely fashion and confirm those changes with you. A receipt containing a copy of the ad will be sent to all owners and it is the responsibility of the owner to review that receipt for accuracy and contact customer service immediately to make any needed corrections. No additional fees will be assessed to the customer to participate with our other network to insure the quickest sale possible. Specialty Network makes no warranties as to when, or if, your property will sell. As the leading For Sale By Owner classified system, While we make specific efforts to respond to that demand, Specialty Network does not make any claims or warranties to have specific buyers available for any given vehicle at any time and does not warrant or guarantee the sale of any vehicle within a specified time frame. Refund Policy: Specialty Network cannot control buyer conduct or market conditions and makes no warranty as to when, or if, any given property will sell. As such, Specialty Network maintains a strict no-refund policy. Ad content and photos are the sole responsibility of the property Owner. Specialty Network provides Owner their ad for correct content, and Owner is encouraged to contact us within 72 hours for ad updates. Any errors or omissions shall not be considered grounds for violation of the no-refund policy.
