1. USE OF SERVICE
You understand and agree that you shall not use the Service in connection with any of the following materials, content or activities:

(ii) any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights;
(iii) any material that is threatening, abusive,harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable;
(iv) content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, without limitation, hacking;
(v) any software, information or other material that contains a virus,"Trojan Horse," trap door, corrupted data or any other harmful or damaging component;
(vi) content containing hate propaganda, hate mongering, swearing, or fraudulent material;
(vii) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
(viii) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
(ix) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities;
(x)content that requests or accepts private information such as credit card information or social security information.

Privacy: You understand and agree that any password information shall be kept confidential and to notify us immediately if you suspect your password has been compromised; to include client IDs eBay motors ID. Specialty Network does not give out seller information to other agencies or others email addresses, phone numbers unless the selling customer otherwise approves in accordance with Nebraska and Federal regulations. You understand and agree that all ad arrangements between the advertising seller, Specialty Network is not permitted to speak with or discuss any transactions with third parties in accordance with Nebraska Laws. You understand and agree that you may be contacted by prospective buyers through other resources such as affiliate sites. It is the seller’s responsibility to contact Specialty Network upon the sale of the unit.
You understand and agree that Specialty Network, at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, may terminate your use of the Service and refuse all current and future requests to access or use the Service. In the event payments are disputed between Specialty Network and its users all transactions will be terminated until the dispute is resolved and Specialty Network reserves the right to add, in these special Conditions, reactivation fees and/or processing fees. All other occasions the terms of its use is until sold on Specialty Network sites. You further understand and agree that Specialty Network shall have access to all data stored on its servers. However, Specialty Network shall not disclose to any person or company your customer lists and other confidential information of yours unless such information becomes publicly available, is received by Specialty Network from a third party, is independently developed by Specialty Network or its affiliates is required by law to disclose such information.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Specialty Network shall have access to all data stored on its servers for statistical purposes, and may publicly disclose aggregate data, without reference to any individual User.

2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. FOR GREATER CERTAINTY, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER THIS AGREEMENT NOR ANY DOCUMENTATION FURNISHED UNDER IT IS INTENDED TO EXPRESS OR IMPLY ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL PROVIDE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE SERVICE. THE SOFTWARE HAS INHERENT LIMITATIONS AND YOU MUST DETERMINE THAT THE SOFTWARE ADEQUATELY MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL OR INFORMATION OBTAINED AND PRESENTED TO POTENTIAL BUYERS THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE. ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE IS INCURRAGED TO BE DISCLOSED TO POTENTIAL BUYERS. AT NO TIME DOES SPECIALTY NETWORK HOLD ANY LIABILITY ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS. FUTHERMORE, SPECIALTY NETWORK DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE (1) THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, QUALITY, CURRENTNESS, VALIDITY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE;
(2) THAT THE SERVICE WILL NOT CONTAIN MATERIAL WHICH SOME INDIVIDUALS MAY DEEM OBJECTIONABLE;OR
(3) THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED UPON REQUEST.
SPECIALTY NETWORK SENDS TO ALL CUSTOMERS PROOFS OF ADVERTISEMENTS AND IT IS THE SELLERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT
SPECIALTY NETWORK FOR COMPLETE CORRECTIONS.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Specialty Network be liable to you or anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to the Service or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof from seller information, for any damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the Service. Specialty Network will not be responsible if any information obtained from the Service infects or contaminates your system or information. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of Affiliate networking and the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, correctness, validity and quality of any information obtained therefrom is with you. Specialty Network upon agreed transaction and payment move in the direction to fulfill all obligations and agreements with affiliates. At no time will Specialty Network refund any portion of any advertisements based on miss information given by seller, lack of photos, vin numbers as required by affiliate marketing agencies.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT SPECIALTY NETWORK, AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER, FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, GOODWILL,LOSS OF USE OR DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF CREATEFORMS.COM IS AWARE OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGES,THAT RESULT IN ANY WAY FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OR THE SOFTWARE, OR THAT RESULT FROM ERRORS, DEFECTS, OMISSIONS, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES OR THE SOFTWARE.

4. ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Specialty Network may run advertisements and promotions on its affiliates. You understand and agree that Specialty Network has the right to run such advertisements and promotions and the manner, mode and extent of advertising with affiliates may change from time to time. Your dealings with any advertisers found on or through Specialty Network are solely between you and the advertising affiliate. You agree that Specialty Network shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisements on Specialty Network and its affiliates.

5. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Specialty Network has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Specialty Network is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Specialty Network shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource whether through affiliate transport services, eBay motors store transaction between buyers and the sellers.

6. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledges that Specialty Network takes not part in third party transactions and the proprietary rights, service and transactions incorporated there under and that it is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws of Nebraska. You further acknowledge that the Service is intended for access and use by means of web advertisements and marketing, and that Specialty Network does not commit to support any particular browsing platform. Specialty Network reserves the right to, at any time and without notice to you, revise and modify the Service, release subsequent versions thereof and to alter features, specifications, capabilities, functions, and other characteristics of the Service in efforts to improve its marketing strategies.

Our philosophy is to provide the customer with the most exposure and service that applies our ultimate goal in connecting buyers and sellers together.

It has come to our attention that a group of people are emailing various sites on the internet and posing as buyers for vehicles. These individuals usually attempt to get bank account information or send a fake cashier's check for more than the vehicle is worth, having the rest sent back to them by the seller. Specialty Network would recommend you avoid any of these situations, report it to our company or report it to the United States Secret Service. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Specialty Network continually strives to provide excellent service and value to our customers and welcome feedback with regard to improving even further. All classified advertising carries an inherent risk and we cannot control the conduct of buyers or sellers, nor can we control the market demand for any given property. Specialty Network makes no warranties, implied or otherwise, as to when, or if, any given property will sell. Due to these reasons and others, Specialty Network guarantees to market your vehicle until it sells. You do have to contact us every 90 days to confirm the vehicle is still for sale and update your vehicle and customer information. Specialty Network provides marketing services and affiliate marketing for privately owned property such as vehicles and vacation real estate. Specialty Network does not collect any monies from buyers whatsoever or from sellers after the sale is complete. All payment arrangements must be made between private parties and/or their designated financial institutions and/or through our Specialty Escrow service. Buyers are responsible for sales tax and registration in their home state. Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping and any travel or fuel costs associated with taking possession of the property. Specialty Network does provide links to affiliate banking institutions to assist with the sale. However, Specialty Network does not qualify or disqualify the banking affiliates do. Specialty Network also provides links to affiliates insurance agencies and transportation services to assist in making the transaction. Transportation payments are worked out with the buyer and are the buyer’s responsibility not the seller's unless other arrangements have been made between the buyer and seller.

Specialty Network’s posting policy:
Our customer service and administration department will work diligently to accurately post all information provided by the property Owner. All ad sales are final and non refundable. Customers may cancel at any time; however, this does not mean return of monies. Our Team will make any changes in a timely fashion and send the owner an ad proof. It is the responsibility of the owner to review that receipt for accuracy and contact customer service immediately to make any needed corrections. No additional fees will be assessed to the customer for this marketing effort. Specialty Network makes no warranties as to when, or if, your property will sell. As the leading For Sale by Owner classified system, we make specific efforts to respond to live market demand. Specialty Network does not make any claims or warranties to have specific buyers or sellers available for any given vehicle or vehicle type at any time. Through web hosting potential buyers may contact our network looking for certain items however, this does not warrant or guarantee the sale or purchase of any vehicle within a specified time frame or at a specific price. It is the seller’s responsibilities to provide a vin number and photos to enhance for affiliate networking. If photos are not timely sent a stock photo will be in its place until customer sends in accurate photos. This is to meet the requirements of our affiliate sites. For better selling results it is recommended that customers send in accurate photos and vin. Errors and Omissions Ad content and photos are the sole responsibility of the property Owner. Specialty Network provides Owner a proof of their ad for correct content, and Owner is encouraged to contact us promptly for any ad corrections or updates. Specialty Network shall not be held responsible for any errors or omissions, and any such occurrences shall not be considered grounds for re-publishing an ad.

7. ADDITIONAL USER INPUT ACCEPTANCE TERMS
You acknowledge that Specialty Network takes its responsibility to the on-line community seriously and wishes to minimize the number of complaints relating to pages hosted at Specialty Network. Accordingly, if the pages hosted by Specialty Network contain requests to End Users to input permitted private information, you agree to post your full legal contact information (including phone and physical address) on the pages hosted by Specialty Network. This is a private site intended for use by those indented to place advertised properties for sale, and transactions are between the buyer and seller entities only. Specialty Network provides links to Banking institutions, Transportation Services and Insurances. You are informed that Specialty Network does not control whether buyers are approved through our banking affiliates or give comparing rates of our Transporting affiliates.
